Customer-requested refunds are not available after viewing has begun or on or after the eighth day following payment. This restriction does not apply to duplicate charges, a failure to provide the Service attributable to us that is not remedied within a reasonable period, or any other case in which a refund is required by law. Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method. The general statutory cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales in Japan. |
