1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Soralis. By accessing or using the Soralis website, courses, or related services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. About the Services
Soralis provides educational content for healthcare professionals, including on-demand videos, lectures, educational materials, and related learning resources. The Services are intended for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Certain content may be restricted to verified healthcare professionals or registered participants.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify Soralis immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All videos, educational materials, graphics, text, trademarks, and other content available through the Services are owned by Soralis or the respective content owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, download, record, redistribute, sell, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Educational Use
The educational content reflects the opinions and clinical experience of the individual presenters. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the healthcare professionals treating individual patients.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not share login credentials, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, upload malicious software, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
8. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
The WFITN Neurovascular Anatomy Course 2026 is offered for a one-time credit card payment of USD 650 (tax included). Payments are processed by Stripe and charged when you confirm the payment.
A customer-requested cancellation is eligible for a full refund only when the request is sent to customer@soralis.co within seven days after payment and the customer has not begun viewing any lecture video. Customer-requested refunds are not available after viewing has begun or on or after the eighth day following payment. This restriction does not apply to duplicate charges, a failure to provide the Services attributable to us that is not remedied within a reasonable period, or any other case in which a refund is required by law. Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method. Please see the Legal Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions for complete transaction terms.
9. Service Availability and Access
Course access normally begins immediately after payment is completed and remains available through April 30, 2027 (Japan Standard Time). Viewing access ends after that date. Soralis does not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the access period. The Services may be maintained, updated, or temporarily suspended. If Soralis permanently discontinues a paid course before the stated deadline, Soralis will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable and issue any refund required by applicable law.
10. Disclaimer
Except for warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Soralis disclaims all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Soralis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
